The Mov3ment 6-Week Challenge is designed for busy people. You only need to commit to 3 structured sessions per week. We programme the sessions so you get maximum results in minimum time.
Yes. Our programming scales to any fitness level. Whether you're an experienced gym goer or haven't stepped in a gym for years, our coaches adapt the movements so you can progress safely and effectively.
This challenge is a launchpad, not a finish line. Once you complete the 6 weeks, you'll have the option to roll seamlessly into our Mov3ment community to continue building on the results you've already achieved.
We run our sessions from 5.15am throughout the day till last session 7pm at night, with some weekend sessions also available. There are over 50 sessions to choose from to help fit into your currently lifestyle demands.
